First Mercutio, then Romeo, and then my Aunt! Man I know he was moody and all but that doesn't mean I wanted anything to happen to him he's still my cousin. Oh and my Aunt, she didn't deserve this. Apparently neither did my cousin Capulet's daughter Juliet. That has me reeling a bit too. She married Romeo in the middle of the week only to die with him days after. Aww man I don't even know what to do. What am I "supposed" to do? The only good thing that has happened all week was the ending of the feud between our two families but at what cost!? Six innocent lives including my cousin and Aunt. Well things can only go up from here, I hope. Bye cousin, bye Aunt Montague, I'll see you guys again.
It would appear that no one has any luck right now. The young Capulet girl, Juliet I think, who was gonna marry that count, Paris the Prince's cousin, died the night before. Not to mention that her cousin died just days ago. Man her family must be suffering. Not that I really feel about Tybalt's death but still I wouldn't wish that on anyone not even a Capulet. Hump, let's hope Romeo is doing alright in Mantua and not falling over some other girl, oh who am I kidding he is probably out dreaming about someone right now.Oh man, oh man. Mercutio is...oh man. And then Romeo----banished! This is Tybalt's fault! He killed Mercutio, but why did Romeo not want to fight him? Why wait until after? Even so he was stupid, after he killed Tybalt he practically waited until the people in town caught him. I mean the Prince was cool enough to not kill Romeo but if he's caught here again he will. Aww man, what just happened?!
I think I need some new friends; after my Lovey-Dovey cousin ran off into the night Mercutio and I decided to have some fun with him this morning when he came back with no sleep and a good mood in tow. Even taking it so far as to pick on the ugly old lady that came in not too long after him. New friends might be in order. Nah. Mercutio and I are fun. Who else is gonna put up with Romeo and his ever changing moods besides us anyway.
What a day. First I go for a walk (I had a lot on my mind this morning) and catch Romeo hugging a tree for dear life crying his eyes out. When I tried to go talk to him he ran away from me like a bat from the sun. Anyway I had no time for him, if he wanted to talk he would, so I continued my walk only to find some of our servants throwing blows in the middle of the town with some Capulet servants. Really guys can we not go through one day without a fight between our families? I went to go break it up with my trusty sword but that fiery arrogant idiot Tybalt came and started a fight with me. ME! So instead of ending the fight like I planned I was drawn into it. I was stopped by the Prince's threat on our lives if we tried duking it out in his city again. Afterward Romeo came out of hiding long enough to tell me that that chick Rosaline, who he is "so in love with," decided to be a Nun. Really he's wallowing over that? I bet if we go crash the Capulet's party tonight he'll see girls more beautiful than her. Matter of fact I think we'll do just that. Let's go see what Mercutio is doing tonight. |
